• Dietary cook- In charge of kitchen menu, team leader, managing day to day organization and dietary operations, knowledgeable in-patient dietary restriction and able to order and purchase office and food stock.
• Sales Associate- Able to handle cash transactions, greet customers, have excellent customer service skills, outgoing, provide guest with engaging shopping experience, knowledgeable in merchandise cost and location within the store, housekeeping, and stock related tasks.
• Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant- Daily duties include ordering medication, medical materials, office supplies and housekeeping items. Arranging appointments and handling the Veterinarian’s daily appointment schedule. First point of contact for all new clients and referrals. Assisting the Veterinarian in surgical procedures, exams, and checkups. Both in emergent and non-emergent situations. Preparing surgical areas and instruments, monitoring animals during procedures and providing support to the Veterinarian throughout it. Ability to help restrain for treatment, comfort, and provide supportive care for animals. Providing excellent client communication, both during and after appointments with follow-up calls regarding care. Feeding, grooming, and exercising animals. Record keeping, detailed log upkeeping, and assisting clients with animal medications, follow up care and specialty follow ups at other hospitals. As well as processing payments. Coordinating waiting room up keeping and communication. Capacity to recognize critical emergencies over the phone and assign them a critical appointment (screening phone calls). Consistent communication with Veterinarian.
