Experience

S6 – Information Technology Specialist Experience          

  •  Customer service representative in charge of logging and maintaining user service requests and ensuring customer satisfaction and timely ticket completion.
  • Responsible for in-processing/out-processing of all personnel, ensuring the correct email, network, and security accesses were granted or respectively discontinued.
  • Technology Specialist responsible for network and hardware troubleshooting, isolating and diagnosing common network and connectivity issues, and documenting system events to ensure future continuity/preventative measures.
  • Active Directory Administrator responsible for User Access requirements, Group Policy Objects/assignments, Distribution Groups, and management of command containers to include, users, computers, printers, etc.
  • Responsible for installation, configuration, security, and maintenance of operating system environments within a Large Area Networks (LAN) in both CONUS and OCONUS environments. 
  • Responsible for the inventory and upkeep of over 200 assets, to include computers, tablets, laptops, printers, government cell phones, network switches, and daily peripherals.
  • Scheduled and pushed system updates/patches via server console.  Performed daily maintenance and manual backups of server media/software/data library. 
  • Developed and delivered network access training classes to personnel upon check-in.

S3- Operations Dept Experience

  • Administrative assistant providing clerical, admin, and office support to battalion personnel
  • Responsibilities included in-processing personnel, coordinating tasks regarding personnel records and training, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base regarding updates and changes to Army personnel, policies, and regulations.
  • Utilize organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and tasking and provide productive feedback in direct support of senior leadership.
