Previously employed at Microsoft working in the retail stores at first, then during the COVID-19 crisis, I worked on the CSS Xbox Refunds team and then moved on to the Community and Enterprise Training team. I am skilled in Microsoft & Apple products, account management, MIE Trainer Certified, Python, Visual Studios, Tableau, and SQL. I have a strong need to keep learning, and I am currently studying Data Management and Analysis with a Data Analytics concentration, with a projected graduation date of Summer 2026.

As a Community and Enterprise Training Associate, I led virtual Customer Success Trainings and workshops, empowering consumers and enterprise clients with the knowledge to maximize Microsoft services. Previously, as a Support Associate, I provided assistance for Xbox refund requests, ensuring seamless customer support. In my role as a Product Advisor, I delivered top-tier customer experiences, spearheaded community tech events, and maintained in-store product presentations. Skilled in customer service, public speaking, virtual collaboration, and technical training, I am passionate about helping users unlock the full potential of technology.

I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Management & Analysis, with a concentration in Data Analytics. My projected graduation date is Summer 2026.
