My Names Carley, I am Reliable, caring Certified Nursing Assistant with 4-5 years paid and  9+ all  years of experience caring for elderly and vulnerable adults/teens and children all together I work well with bedridden, physically challenged, and memory-impaired residents. Friendly and compassionate, with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Discreet and confidential in all dealings with patients and staff.  Growing up I was always into Medical/Healthcare. Helping my mom and aunts as they cared for clients along with always learning new things from my Uncle and Grandfather. My grandfather was actually a Doctor through Wayne memorial hospital, Bradley Layton and to this day he is one of my strongest role models.

I always strive to do better, to be able to help more people in need. I always said that it wasnt a job if it is a passion.
