As a Patient Access Representative in both the Emergency Room and Electrophysiology departments, I handled patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and sensitive medical information with full HIPAA compliance, while maintaining calm and accuracy in fast-paced, high-stress situations.
In my role as a Program Technician with the USDA, I supported federal program operations through precise data entry, document processing, client communication, and policy-aligned administrative tasks.
