Cara Corrigan

I am a lover of people.  I love guiding, teaching and nurturing people.  The only thing I love MORE than that is planning meetings and events.  I love the energy that planning and executing events provides. It is invigorating.  I am a good manager of people.

I have a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting.  After working as a Corporate Controller for a publicly traded company,  I transferred to working in family offices as a financial controller for a family with seven different companies.  From that, I transitioned to the position of director of operations at a family trust office.  Through all these positions, the commonality has been that I have been in charge of events and meeting planning.  That has allowed my creative side to thrive.

Honestly, while school always prepares you for the goal you think your life will move towards, one can never predict the direction their life would take. Honestly, I have learned my most relevant education through on-the-job experience, and using my creativity and organizational skills to help me be a success through event and meeting planning.
