Bryan Avila is a seasoned Beverage Product Development Manager with over 15 years of experience in alcoholic and functional beverage innovation. He has led R&D efforts for major players like Gallo Winery, developed RTD and no/low-alcohol products for startups, and managed pilot plant operations. Bryan has also designed and scaled custom fermentation facilities, guided industry research collaboratives, and taught over 1,700 students in wine production and sensory analysis. His expertise spans formulation, regulatory compliance, sensory optimization, and commercialization, making him a recognized leader in wine and beverage R&D.
