Experience

Oversee all operations within the manufacturing facility for building water purification systems. Manage a diverse team including CAD, Procurement, Inventory Management, Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E), Fabrication and Welding, PVC Fabrication, Assembly and Installation.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and optimizing processes across departments to ensure timely production and high-quality products.
• Leading and mentoring team members to foster collaboration and achieve project goals.
• Maintaining clear communication between departments to manage resources and schedules effectively.

Ensure adherence to all safety standards and quality control throughout all stages of production, promoting operational excellence within the organization.
