I have experience with roles in artificial intelligence training and technical support across various organizations. As an AI/LLM Trainer at Data Annotation Tech, I created and optimized coding-based prompts for large language models. In my role as an MSP Implementation Specialist at Computer Troubleshooters, I utilized LLMs for troubleshooting and implemented various tech solutions for network management. I served as a general manager at CPR Cell Phone Repair, where I developed Python tools for inventory management. Previous positions include providing technical support for Apple iTunes and managing IT support for a property management company, where I implemented software solutions and assisted tenants with technical issues.

My current projects include the creation of a custom Python-based interface for large language models, which includes the ability to handle API calls and custom instruction sets. I also developed an inventory streamlining and efficiency module utilizing Python for generating barcodes from purchase orders to streamline ordering processes. My skill set includes experience in LLM and GPT development, programming in Python, OpenAI API usage, and familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks. I possess strong technical skills in troubleshooting, support, and scripting, alongside soft skills in problem solving and communication.
