Hello, my name is Brendan Fisher,

 and I’ve been working in the field of human resources and recruitment for over 15 years, across both national and international companies. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong specialization in onboarding processes, ensuring that new hires feel welcomed, informed, and prepared to succeed from day one.

One of my core strengths lies in designing onboarding programs that not only meet the operational needs of the company, but also support employee engagement and long-term retention. I believe that onboarding is a critical moment that can define the employee experience, and I’m passionate about making that experience as smooth and impactful as possible.

Over the years, I have also taken part in multiple recruitment and HR trainings, which have equipped me with up-to-date techniques and strategies for talent acquisition, candidate evaluation, and process improvement. I constantly strive to adapt and evolve my methods to align with the latest best practices in the industry.

Working in multicultural environments has taught me to be flexible, inclusive, and clear in my communication. I also speak a bit of Spanish, which has proven useful in supporting diverse teams and candidates from different backgrounds.
