Brenda Fraga

I am a Customer Service Specialist. 

I am very capable to interact with the public, on most
any type of topic. My life experience as a mother, wife, & caretaker, along with my
work experience in the education, hospitality, & medical fields make me an
extremely well rounded individual on many important topics. I believe I am a very
strong candidate for most any position regarding any contact with the public.

My entire life I have worked with the public in one way or another. I have been mostly employed
in the hospitality industry whether by bartending, serving food or cocktails,
cooking or prep cooking.
I also have been in the education business in several different positions,
office manager for driving school, receptionist at a small charter school, & a
substitute teacher.
Also, due to being the parent of a very medically fragile child, & end of life
caretaker for several terminally ill family members & friends, I am extremely
familiar with medical terminology & many processes. 

As a Health Information Management Major in College, I have some great basic understanding of the
clerical side to healthcare as well.
