My background includes resolving taxpayer account issues at the IRS, inspecting and reconciling inventory at Amazon, and providing remote tech support for clients at GCData. I’ve led training and documentation efforts in electronics education and supported infrastructure projects requiring precision and confidentiality. I hold an Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Remington College in Memphis, TN, where I gained foundational training in electronics, soldering, computer assembly, and technical documentation. I later expanded my hands-on skills—including wire wrapping and infrastructure testing—through professional experience at Arrow Electronics. This combination of formal education and applied learning supports my precision in workflow management, quality assurance, and client support across remote and regulated environments.
