Oversee activities across two processing (chickens)plants and  over $105 million of produce, food ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies.

· Maintain senior level key account relationship for strategic direction and dispute resolution with command of structuring and negotiating major account contracts. Direct customer negotiations include.

· Responsible for P&L, budgets, forecasts, and strategic operations plan for two manufacturing facilities with a team of 469 members and 6direct reports representing 105.5MM of production.

· Conducted Operations due diligence for a new M&A acquisition and implemented the Holly Poultry Culture

· Measured, tracked, and improved KPI’s related to Operations including: OT, PPMH,Yields,QA, Drove best practices, cost reduction, lean and continuous improvement across the plants.
