Over the course of my 25-year career, I’ve evolved from a creative professional into a multifaceted expert in UX, customer research, strategy, CX, CRO, and creative strategy. My journey has been guided by a strong desire to deliver customer-driven solutions, always letting research and data serve as the foundation for innovative, impactful strategies and creative outcomes.
