Over the course of my 25-year career, I’ve evolved from a creative professional into a multifaceted expert in UX, customer research, strategy, CX, CRO, and creative strategy. My journey has been guided by a strong desire to deliver customer-driven solutions, always letting research and data serve as the foundation for innovative, impactful strategies and creative outcomes.

My career progression reflects a deep commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs:

  • Starting in creative roles, I developed a strong foundation in storytelling and design.
  • Transitioning into UX and research, I honed my ability to uncover insights through data and user behavior.
  • Expanding into CX, CRO, and creative strategy, I focused on creating holistic experiences that drive growth and align with business objectives.

At my last position with a small PPC and performance marketing agency, I spearheaded the development of their Experience and CRO vertical, introducing new capabilities that combined customer insights, data-driven decision-making, and innovative strategies to enhance client results. This initiative helped elevate the agency’s offerings and demonstrated my ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering measurable impact.
