Hello, my name is Autumn Dickson. I am highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in security operations and administrative support.  I managed office inventory and maintained organized records. Scheduled and coordinated meetings, ensuring seamless office operations. Greeted visitors professionally and directed them to appropriate departments. Assisted in administrative tasks, including call routing and document preparation. I have inter for two organizations. The first one is Mychal's Learning Place, Hawthorne, CA Support Staff Intern (May 2018 – Oct 2018). I provided structured life skills training for individuals with developmental disabilities. Designed and implemented engaging educational activities. Assisted in meal preparation and facilitated group discussions. Played a key role in planning and executing Mychal’s Annual Luncheons. The second internship Black Deaf Project (Sept 2024 – May 2025). I Represented the organization at various Deaf community events and initiatives. Facilitated merchandise sales and fundraising activities. Engaged in outreach efforts with academic institutions to promote advocacy and awareness. Researched and established connections with relevant organizations to enhance collaboration.

I graduated from Cypress College, Cypress, CA Associate of Arts in Human Services (May 2020). California State University Northridge, Northridge, CA Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Studies ( May 2024). I started working security in 2018. I am still a security guard. I have work as a Student Assistant (Aug 2023 – May 2024).
