Autumn Olsson

Hi! My name is Autumn Olsson, I’m 18 years old and live in Folsom California. I love traveling, reading, learning new things, my friends and family, food, and sleep. Something I value is quality time, whether it be with my friends and family or myself. I think it’s good to get to know yourself and go with the flow of where life take you.I eventually want to become a flight attendant, so starting as a customer service rep or ticket agent seems like a great place to start. I am very charismatic and never have a hard time making friends any place I go, Im very social and love to learn new things. I work especially well in fast paced environments and love to be busy

I have worked at Folsom Historic District Ice Rink, Chic Fil A, Home Goods, and Mikuni Japanese restaurant. Although none of my jobs necessarily have the experience of what’s required to be a ticket agent I am a fast learner and I’m especially good with customer service. With these jobs, I’ve learned how to stay calm in stressful situations, to be flexible,  to diffuse situations, cleanliness and to always be kind and calm.

I am currently enrolled in Folsom Lake College , I have one year completed and the second term I spent studying abroad in Florence Italy for 3 months. I completed the year with a 4.0 and have one and a half more years at FLC.
