Anuj moved to the Bay Area in 1999 after running his software development company in India for over a decade. In 2002, he founded Sofmen to collaborate with high-tech companies, leveraging India's skilled talent and cost advantages. He recognized the gap between outsourcing promises and actual delivery due to cultural and communication differences. To address this, Anuj established an offshore development center, working in real-time with clients and bridging the cultural gap between the U.S. and India.

Anuj's most relevant education comes from his hands-on experience in the software development industry. He successfully ran his own software company in India for over a decade before moving to the Bay Area in 1999. His practical knowledge expanded when he founded Sofmen in 2002, where he learned to navigate and bridge cultural, communication, and time-zone challenges in outsourcing, establishing an offshore development center to work effectively with clients in real-time.
