I have gained extensive experience in customer service, that steams from my background in retail as an assistant manager up to now as an administrative assistant specialist, as well as the EBT Coordinator with the Dept of Social Services. I've taken my skills as a customer service rep in retail as well as a call center representative and I've applied them to my current position where I'm able to assist different clientele. I'm currently volunteering as a mentor with My Community Keeper Mentor Group assisting teen girls.
