I have managed multiple high-impact initiatives for a wide array of stakeholders (global payment schemes, commercial banks, fintech, payment specialists, merchants, central banks, governments, development organizations) at local, regional and global levels, leading diverse teams to success and unlocking substantial value and growth opportunities for my clients.

I am a Senior Financial Sector Specialist at the World Bank, focusing on payments. In my role, I provide strategic recommendations to central banks, governments and development organizations to leverage payments for financial inclusion, economy digitalization and sustainable development.

Formerly I held consulting and product management roles at Mastercard.

As a consultant, I participated and led multiple projects for Mastercard (internal consulting), commercial banks (issuers and acquirers), merchants and fintech. Projects included digital transformation, new product development, product commercial strategy, process optimization, and regulatory compliance, marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and usage, among others.

As a product manager, I managed Mastercard's European digital consumer solutions, including debit cards and digital cards, among others. I led massive initiatives involving more than 200 million consumers in Europe, coordinating large taskforces at a regional level.

I have two Master's in International Management:

• one from Bocconi University (ranked 8th worldwide for Master's in International Management)
• one from CEMS Global Alliance (network of elite universities selecting most deserving students at partner institutions)
