I am a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in both consulting and in-house roles, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Paychex since 2016. With over a decade of experience spanning talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives, I bring a people-first mindset combined with a results-driven approach. My career has included impactful roles at organizations like Teleplan International, Big Thought, Gulfstream Aerospace, and Southwest Airlines, where I’ve developed a deep understanding of diverse workplace cultures and business needs. With a strong foundation in both corporate and consulting HR environments, I bring more than 10 years of experience supporting organizations through periods of growth, change, and transformation. In my current role as an HR Business Partner at Paychex, I work alongside leadership to deliver people strategies that improve performance, engagement, and retention.
