Alana Williams

Full-time student at Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business studying marketing and special events management, aspiring to become involved in the growing wedding industry. 

Experienced retail worker through current employment at TILLYS, a popular customer-oriented clothing store. Additional experience in Retail Merchandise Series competitions through DECA, an organization for future business leaders. 

Currently, I am excelling as a sales associate at TILLYS, a clothing store that heavily focuses on customer service. Over my time spent working for the company, I have been taught sales tactics in addition to cashier operations. 

Additionally, I worked as a cashier for Zoyo, a frozen yogurt establishment. There, I learned to efficiently operate a cash register all while maintaining excellent customer service. 

Recent graduate from Pinnacle High School, now attending Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business where I study marketing and special events management.
