Experienced in providing tech support to a vast network of computers and devices utilized in a learning environment, which includes setup, maintaining and repairing school technical infrastructures, smart boards, graphic interfaces, iPads, Chromebooks, Laptops, surveillance systems and related network peripherals. Also a former Spanish and Computer Science teacher at a middle elementary school.

• Desktop Help troubleshooting, Fix Windows/hardware issues for customer PC's (virus' etc)

Experience utilizing Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Objects and Preferences (GPOs & GPPs), Registry, file and folder security, and local/domain user security settings. 
• Running Ethernet cable, cat5, cat6, cat7 and building network structural layers. 
• Operates as "remote hands" for Network Engineer at office.
• Familiarized Windows Server Networking Knowledge (NT / 2000 / 2003/2008R2/2012R2)
• Troubleshooting skills with LAN/WAN setup, firewalls, printers, Microsoft software,
• Installing and providing support for Promethean Smart Boards, projection screens, and software.
