  • Desktop Help troubleshooting, Fix Windows/hardware issues for customer PC's (virus' etc)
  • Configuring, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft desktop environments and Client Operating Systems (such as Windows 8, 7 and Windows XP; Ubunto, Linux) within a large domain, large local-area and wide-area networks. Experience utilizing Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Objects and Preferences (GPOs & GPPs), Registry, file and folder security, and local/domain user security settings. 
  • Running Ethernet cable, cat5, cat6, cat7 and building network structural layers. 
  • Operates as "remote hands" for Network Engineer at office.
  • Familiarized Windows Server Networking Knowledge (NT / 2000 / 2003/2008R2/2012R2)
  • Troubleshooting skills with LAN/WAN setup, firewalls, printers, Microsoft software,
  • Installing and providing support for Promethean Smart Boards, projection screens, and software.
  • Providing training to medical staff in a small clinic in the use of Practice Fusion HER system, setup hardware infrastructure to support service. 
  • Experience with Cisco based WLAN/LAN hardware.
  • Territorial Sales and operation manager.
  • Training School Faculty in the use of newly acquired technologies and software.
  • Installation, deployment and maintenance to the school surveillance system. Monitoring a network of 36 high definition cameras and NVR surveillance systems. 
  • Teaching Spanish and Computer applications.
