Addison Salazar is an experienced Air Force program manager and civil engineer who specializes in planning, programming, and optimizing large-scale facility and infrastructure portfolios. Addison M. Salazar is a senior professional program manager and civil engineer with over a decade of experience leading large-scale Air Force installation planning, programming, budgeting, and talent management initiatives. She has held multiple GS-13 leadership and analyst roles, overseeing multi-million-dollar FSRM, MILCON, and civilian career field programs, managing high-performing teams, and driving process innovation across AFIMSC, AFPC, and Joint Base San Antonio.
