In my current role as Estate Manager in La Jolla, I have successfully managed the operations and maintenance of both a beachfront estate and a high-rise city residence. I act as the primary liaison for the principals and their guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all aspects of their lifestyle needs are met with discretion and precision. My responsibilities include overseeing staff recruitment and supervision, coordinating travel logistics, maintaining security and risk management protocols, and ensuring the readiness of all vehicles and private aircraft. Prior to this, I served as the Estate Manager for a UHNWI in San Diego, where I oversaw a two-acre estate featuring four nationally recognized historic buildings, expansive gardens, and koi ponds. I led a dedicated team of staff, managing hiring, training, and performance oversight to align with the principals' exacting standards. In addition to maintaining the estate’s security through advanced surveillance and monitoring systems, I orchestrated private events and large-scale gatherings, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

Beyond estate management, I have an extensive background in luxury hospitality and event production. As Managing Director of CT Designs, I operated a boutique interior plantscape and event production firm, catering to high-profile clientele. I specialized in the design, installation, and maintenance of interior plants, floral arrangements, and living walls, as well as the planning and execution of large-scale luxury events for up to 1,000 guests. My ability to integrate aesthetic excellence with operational efficiency has been a defining strength throughout my career.
