The Fred Beans Automotive Parts Distribution Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Third Shift Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching deliveries to ensure timely and efficient distribution of automotive parts to our customers.

 

Hours 10:00PM to 6:30AM

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Receive incoming orders and allocate resources accordingly
  • Coordinate delivery routes and schedules for drivers
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to provide directions and updates
  • Monitor delivery progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and driver activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

 

Skills necessary to be successful in the role include;

 

  • Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS systems
  • Flexibility to work third shift hours, including weekends and holidays
