Your responsibilities:

  • Telephone and written processing of tasks
  • Correspondence regarding inquiries/changes/cancellations
  • Scheduling appointments with customers
  • General office tasks

We expect:

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Time flexibility and resilience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is an advantage
