Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Objective/Purpose of the Role:


Central involvement in the further development of the sales strategy in line with the bank's vision and overall bank strategy.

Supporting the sales units through the development and needs-based adaptation of sales processes, product range management, and customer-oriented impulse control.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Continuous review and development of advisory processes, taking into account customer needs, the bank's strategy, and impulses from the sales units
  • Review and implementation of Atruvia updates, if necessary
  • Participation in committees and boards of the bank
  • Responsible for coordinating the product management and pricing rounds
  • Product management/development, monitoring of existing products, and implementation
  • Management of CRM tools
  • Regular meetings with partner companies to generate new strategies and impulses
  • Direct interface with the bank's operational sales departments to identify and systematically tap into sales potentials
