    Finance Coordinator

    Voce is seeking a full-time Finance Coordinator. The Finance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining general accounting compliance with the applicable financial laws and regulations. This includes creating financial models and reports to support organizational decision making and financial strategy. Collaboration with internal staff, the board of directors, the SWAN Prime Contracts fiscal department, subcontractors and vendors is essential to project management.

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, Minimum of 8 hours a day between 8 AM - 5PM

    What You Will Contribute

    • Leads and issues reimbursement and payment to vendors (such as credit card company, insurance and benefits) and partner agencies.
    • Ensures accuracy of accounting system by transferring payroll information, maintaining invoice records, and entering deposits.
    • Completes reconciliation of financial records on a monthly basis as well as prepares for and participates in the annual audit.
    • Audits statements and documentation for credit card vendors. Escalate purchases to the Finance and Business Operations Director, if applicable.
    • Analyzes business and financial data for budget and financial strategy decision making purposes.
    • Creates models and reports to support the Finance Manager, Finance and Business Operations Director, Board of Directors and Finance and Operations Committee decision making.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    What It Takes To Succeed

    • Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or related field and five years' experience or a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field and two years' experience.
    • Advanced knowledge of general financial accounting.
    • Advanced proficiency with accounting software and electronic time keeping systems.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • A valid driver's license.
