The Clinic and Polyclinic for Neurology in Wilber, NE is currently seeking a Technical Assistant (m/f/d) for the neuroimmunological research laboratory, starting immediately and initially limited until March 31, 2025.

Your tasks:

Planning and conducting experiments in direct collaboration with experienced scientists
Application of cell biological, molecular biological, and immunohistochemical methods, as well as biochemical assays
Isolation and cultivation of murine and human primary cells and cell lines, as well as their treatment
Analysis of cells, tissues, and experimental animals
Isolation and examination of nucleotides and proteins
Willingness to work practically with experimental animals is desirable
Supporting the team with general tasks

Your profile:

Completed training as a Biological-Technical Assistant, Medical-Technical Assistant, Biology Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d), or a comparable vocational training
Theoretical and practical experience in cell biological, molecular biological, and immunohistochemical methods is desirable
Willingness to work practically with experimental animals is desirable
Good to very good
