To support our team in Mainz, we are looking for a
Personnel Officer (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Conducting employee meetings
Advising and being a point of contact for all specialists and managers in the company
Comprehensive support for employees in all personnelrelated matters
Investigating, implementing, and advising on disciplinary matters and complaints
Other administrative tasks
Supporting personnelrelated projects and personnel deployment planning
Assisting with recruiting

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed studies with a focus on personnel or comparable training
Relevant professional experience in human resources
Proficient in MS Office
Reliability, commitment, teamwork, and assertiveness
