Your Mission:

  • Help shape Delivery Hero's travel program, including implementing our digital platforms.
  • Streamline processes and reduce costs by standardizing and harmonizing travelrelated activities such as approvals, booking, ontrip services, payment, and reimbursement.
  • Introduce new products and suppliers, set up interfaces, and ensure agreed service levels.
  • Manage vendors and drive their development.
  • Create and manage travel policies, and ensure their implementation and maintenance.
  • Monitor and report on spend management, performance, and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and policy compliance.
  • Communicate operational requirements to important partners and create training materials for travel policy, processes, and booking platform usage.
  • Serve as a key point of contact and provide support for all travelrelated matters within the company.
  • Manage partnerships and interfaces with travelrelated contacts in Delivery Hero entities.
  • Stay uptodate on trends and compliance in corporate travel.

Your Heroic Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (or similar studies) or professional training as a travel agent.
  • 510 years of work experience
