Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting acquisition conversations with potential franchise candidates from applications and own acquisition efforts.
  • Participation in trade shows and other events for customer acquisition.
  • Acquisition through phone, web, and onsite.
  • Conducting contract negotiations until completion.
  • Handing over new franchise partners to the service team.

Requirements:

  • You are a young or youngatheart individual with a completed education.
  • German is your native language or you have very good oral and written German skills. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • You work with a lot of personal responsibility, always reliably and motivated.
  • Convincing is your passion.
  • You make mistakes and learn from them.
  • High willingness to travel within Germany (partially with overnight stays).
  • Experience and expertise in the real estate world is an advantage.
Your place of work is Frankfurt am Main, but appointments in the field are also required
