Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, answering inquiries and providing information about our insurance products and services.
Assist customers in making changes to their policies, processing claims, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate customer records and update policy information as necessary.
Collaborate with our sales team to crosssell and upsell insurance products based on customer needs and preferences.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
Stay uptodate with insurance industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe (if not already licensed).
