    Role and Responsibilities:

    As a Sales Representative with Josh Brown State Farm, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include:

    1. Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and providing personalized insurance solutions that align with their unique requirements.
    2. Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new leads through various methods, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
    3. Consultative Selling: Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and recommending suitable insurance products and financial services.
    4. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support.
    5. Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the agency's overall success.
    Qualifications:

    To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
    • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a strong passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Insurance Knowledge: While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.

    HOURSMon-Thurs 9AM-5:30PM, Fri 9AM-5PM

    Flexible work from home options available.

    Compensation: $45, $65,000.00 per year
