- Intensive insight into our entire production process of various sausage products, especially cooked, boiled, and raw sausages as well as raw and cured products
- Production of kitchenready and fully cooked products
- Production of minced meat and minced meat products
- Preparation of cuts for sale
- Implementation of quality assurance measures
- Handling of various equipment, machines, and devices
- Compliance with food safety regulations
