Duration of training: 3 years - possibility to shorten to 2.5 years

Your tasks:

  • Intensive insight into our entire production process of various sausage products, especially cooked, boiled, and raw sausages as well as raw and cured products
  • Production of kitchenready and fully cooked products
  • Production of minced meat and minced meat products
  • Preparation of cuts for sale
  • Implementation of quality assurance measures
  • Handling of various equipment, machines, and devices
  • Compliance with food safety regulations
