- Managing tasks for Manager/Agent Sales Specialists to provide essential resources.
- Updating and organizing product information and promotional materials for the Under65 portfolio.
- Responding to agent inquiries and scheduling follow-up calls.
- Establishing and nurturing agent and carrier relationships within the assigned territory.
- Conducting targeted outbound calls to interested agents/agencies.
- Assisting in marketing events and meetings, including Agent Summits.
- Coordinating webinar administrative tasks and managing email requests.
- Creating marketing and training materials and reports.
- Collaborating with other departments on projects.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to acquire it within the first year.
- Understanding of insurance and agent relationships.
- Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and New Business operations.
- 1+ years of Insurance Sales Experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office equipment.
