Its proprietary software development and agent service departments develop and market leading business solutions for insurance agents.Responsible for overall support and assistance with administrative and marketing duties for the Product Team. Analyzes, gathers, saves, and distributes product promotional materials, plan information, and incentives for MTM team carriers and products.
Responds to MTM agent general agent email and phone inquiries and assist with scheduling follow up calls with the Manager/Sales Specialists.
Assists with creation of one-off marketing campaigns, recruiting campaigns, and agent training documents and presentations.Perform webinar administrative responsibilities such as scheduling webinars, starting and recording webinars, and updating registration lists.
Assists with creation of various team sales reports using Microsoft Excel. Works with other departments on cross-team projects.
Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and New Business operations and procedures.
~Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
~ Strong computer and typing skills.
~ Strong customer service skills.
~ Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including email, copy machine, scanner, fax machine, and telephone.
