At Snelling, SC, we are currently seeking employees (m/f/d) for a permanent position with our client. As a top BPO service provider, our client offers flexible and competent solutions for outsourcing IT support processes.

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for team leaders (m/f/d) with ambitions for advancement.


Your responsibilities:


  • Disciplinary and professional responsibility for your motivated team
  • Conducting coaching, feedback, disciplinary, and performance appraisal discussions
  • Conducting goalsetting discussions
  • Training and integration of new team members (m/f/d)
  • Coordination of support activities for your team
  • Direct communication with clients (also in English)
  • Convening, moderating, and leading team meetings, phone conferences, and round tables
  • Managing and coordinating tasks to ensure the highest quality and compliance with predetermined service levels, KPIs, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and reflecting on performance indicators and daily, timely management of the team
  • Responsible for employee and team development
  • Continuous optimization of processes, procedures, and support content
  • Participation in and creation of internal and external reports

Do you have what it takes?:

  • Professional experience as a leader, preferably in a customer contact center
  • Ability to effectively and completely gather, prepare, and present information
  • Ability to lead teams in a collaborative and performanceoriented manner
  • Natural leader (m/f/d) who drives and moves things forward, has ambitions for advancement
