IBL Metallhandel & Sägeservice GmbH, located in Dossenheim near Heidelberg, is a Europe-wide wholesale company for aluminum, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and industrial plastics.

Founded in 2005, IBL employs 30 people and supplies sheets, cut-to-size plates, bars, profiles, and thick-walled pipes to industrial and trade customers.

With an extensive range of machinery, we saw and process all products according to customer specifications. We are one of the leading suppliers in Europe for many products. We also offer sawing services for our customers.

To expand our sales activities, we are looking for a new team member for our sales team.

The inside sales department is responsible for:

Acquiring new customers
Telephone customer service
Creating and following up on offers
Processing incoming orders
Handling complaints

The ideal candidate should be open-minded and communicative, and enjoy interacting with customers. Knowledge of English is an advantage. A completed commercial apprenticeship or experience in sales is required.
