Trainees for the
Nursing Specialist (m/f/d) profession

Your tasks

  • You are passionate about your work and recognize the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs, possibilities, and problems of the people entrusted to you.
  • You support people of all ages in achieving the highest level of independence, self-development, and social participation.
  • With your acquired expertise and professional competence, you can provide advice to patients and their families on health and nursing issues.

Your skills

  • You have either
    • a secondary school leaving certificate or another recognized equivalent qualification or
    • a secondary school leaving certificate with a completed minimum two-year vocational training or
    • permission to work as a nursing assistant, healthcare assistant, or social care worker.
  • A positive attitude towards working with people in need of care as well as a high level of interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills set you apart.
  • Your profile is rounded off by a sense of responsibility, commitment, and reliability.
