Commercial Clerk / Customer Service Admin (m/f/d) - part-time to start as soon as possible.

Job Description

Versatile and independent - Your tasks

Central point of contact for customers, colleagues, and headquarters
Ongoing maintenance of order data by entering new contracts, extensions, jobs, cancellations, reductions, and price adjustments
Customer data management
Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, cancellations, and credit notes
Timely and accurate reporting
Preparation of sales commission settlements
Handling internal and external correspondence
Fleet management (interface to fleet management, e.g. accident reports, fuel card requests, etc.)
