IT-Support / First-Level Support - IT-Service Bank (m/w/d), Mainz - Saginaw, United States - Quantum Innovations
Description
Our IT support is growing, so we are looking for reinforcements for our team, where you will act as the first point of contact and internal IT service provider (m/f/d) for our employees.
Your tasks:
- First point of contact for incoming phone or written inquiries (ticket acceptance, analysis, involvement of 2nd/3rd level support, solution, documentation in the ticket system).
- First-level support for all IT helpdesk inquiries
- You qualify problems and service requests for forwarding to 2nd and 3rd level support
- You support users with IT problems, including remote assistance
- You categorize, classify and prioritize fault reports and service requests
- You maintain our internal knowledge database as well as user rights
- You also process tickets from the entire company area
Your profile:
- Completed IT-oriented training or a comparable basic qualification, e.g. IT specialist, IT administrator, IT specialist for system integration or application development (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of customer support / customer service / 1st level support / user helpdesk
- Good knowledge of the Windows and M365 environment
- Relevant further training in the (IT) support area desirable
- Knowledge of agree BAP advantageous
