Your responsibilities will include providing competent support to our customers regarding our products, acquiring new customers, and taking responsibility for products in the credit and insurance sector.

You will also be responsible for developing well-thought-out and tailored financial solutions that align with our holistic approach. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service is also a key aspect of this role.

To be successful in this position, you should have completed a successful apprenticeship as a Bank Clerk (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification in the financial services industry.

You should also have experience in advising private customers, a strong service mentality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
