Responsibilities:

  • Operational and professional management of defined departments
  • First point of contact for customers for operational issues
  • Compliance with performance indicators (productivity, profitability and QHSE)
  • Creation of reports and SAP evaluations
  • Regular meetings with team leaders, customers and site management
  • Personnel and capacity planning
  • Continuous improvements
  • Interface to the works council for all operational matters of the respective departments
  • Regular exchange with other locations
