What is the role?


As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated VP/Head of Finance to join our management team in Berlin and lay the foundation for our future success.

You will work closely with the CEO and have the opportunity to build a world-class finance department, with the freedom to implement your own ideas.


Your team:
You will be part of a small and growing finance team at JOIN, consisting of highly qualified individuals.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Building and improving our financial model and budget, including driving financial forecasting and budget vs actual analysis
  • Managing all investor reporting and requests, both on a regular basis and for potential future financing rounds
  • Developing a group transfer pricing policy and intercompany charges
