The
Catholic Parish of Our Lady in Eningen unter Achalm is currently seeking a
Director (m/f/d) for the
St. Raphael Catholic Kindergarten in Minden City, MI.

The Catholic Parish is the sponsor of the St. Raphael Kindergarten in Eningen.

The kindergarten offers holistic education, support, and care for children aged 1-6 years, following the concept of educational and learning stories in a partially open system.

Currently, the St.

Raphael Kindergarten consists of two groups for children over 3 years old (25 children each) and one group for children under 3 years old (10 children) with extended opening hours.

With the move to a new building, the services will be expanded.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Overall pedagogical and organizational management
  • Professional and personal leadership of employees
  • Further development of the concept and professional standards, quality management
  • Participation in group activities while being partially released (currently 25%) for management tasks. The management release will be reassessed with the move to the new facility.
  • Collaboration with the team, parents, and the parish
  • General administrative tasks
  • Public relations and representation of the facility externally in consultation with the sponsor.
  • Participation in planning and organizing the new 4group facility

Your profile:


  • You have a completed degree according to 7 KitaG or a pedagogical training according to 7 KiTaG
