- Collaborate with and support the Event Team in every aspect of event planning including:
- Travel support
- Event registrations
- Show orders
- Sponsorship management
- Shipping & receiving calendars
- Venue research
- Event presentations
- Event debrief notes
- Etc.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to track events, deadlines and deliverables. Follow up with various personnel as necessary to ensure all deadlines are met
- Search for new ways to increase ELLKAY's brand awareness. Ideate on new ways to improve leads gathered.
- Attend weekly team marketing and event meetings
- Support the existing event project management software by keeping events up to date
- Provide support on budget reconciliation
- Compile event summaries on complete, upcoming, and potential events
- Industry research including monitoring competitors' marketing activities, reporting on related industry events and target audience events
- Perform other related work as assigned

Team ELLKAY is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing and Events, Intern to join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in event planning as well as event marketing. This intern position will last approximately 10 weeks.
