Your Main Responsibilities:

Customer Data Management:


  • Enter new customer data into our database.
  • Update and maintain existing customer data.
  • Ensure that all customer data is correct and uptodate.

Support for our Sales Team:

  • Provide necessary documents and information for the sales team.
  • Create reports and overviews of sales performance.
  • Actively participate in planning and implementing sales campaigns.

Telephone Qualification:


  • Actively verify and validate customer data through phone calls.
  • Clarify customer inquiries about the energy provider switch process.
  • Record customer feedback and forward it to the appropriate departments.

General Office and Administrative Tasks:

  • Regular correspondence with customers and business partners.
  • Creation and verification of invoices.
  • Prompt and professional handling of inquiries via phone or email.

What You Bring:


  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in inside sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills and a serviceoriented mindset.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Teamwork and a proactive work style.
