Responsible for managing the planning, building, and running phases of cross-functional IT and service solutions (Solutions) for digital cooperation and administration
Responsible for cross-functional topics, tasks, and their durations with technical relevance in coordination with the respective project management
Central point of contact for the customer Bundeswehr and escalation point for customer representatives for the managed Solutions in the portfolio
Ensuring the quality of service delivery for the entire Solution portfolio
Handling governance issues, quality and risk management
Preparing decisions and solutions for management
Participating in internal and external stakeholder management and leading customer committees
Completed (IT) degree or equivalent
Approximately six or more years of relevant professional experience as a Senior Solution Manager or in the implementation of complex IT integration projects
Technical expertise in the field of common IT infrastructure/architecture (e.g. platform) and/or applied real-time communication in connection with a good understanding of complex technical relationships
Expertise in communication and collaboration with middle and senior management as well as executives
Knowledge and experience with traditional and agile project management methods
Innovative thinking, creativity, flexibility in dealing with project management methods, adaptability to change
Experience in the customer environment of the Bundeswehr is an advantage
