This is a full-time position with the following responsibilities:

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct trend analysis of European consumer trends, dietary trends, and kitchen space trends to identify innovative opportunities.
  • Assist in defining key OBM products for the European market, including target audience analysis, identifying core needs and scenarios, testing innovative concepts, and conducting functional prototype DEMO testing.
  • Monitor brand awareness and gather user feedback for OBM products, develop user value propositions, and guide product iteration.
  • Collaborate with the Midea International Business (MIB) CMI system and conduct research on common project requirements.
